A beautiful, terraced house restored to its original Victorian look, the front façade has been sand blasted and restored to original brick with lime mortar pointing.
The project involved major restoration of the entire house, from the front door, spray painting it with anthracite paint to the restoration of the floors to their original Victorian boards. The entrance hallway features a feathered exposed brick with rustic wall lights. Daylight is brought into the space through an opening of the side flank wall, with fixed floor to ceiling glass panels.
The remodelling of the entire first floor provides two double bedrooms, a spacious family bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom. The property has also been extended into the loft delivering two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable shower room.
This restored space is strikingly beautiful and leaves a peaceful living space, without feeling cramped, for family use while avoiding becoming purely functional and retaining a sense of luxury and relaxation.
